If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that I’ve been dealing with psoriasis for most of my life. For someone with dry skin the winter can be downright horrifying. If you’re with me on that (or tend to lean towards the dry side), it’s essential to protect, hydrate, and keep our skin in tip top shape when the temperature drops.
I’ve curated the ultimate winter skincare guide so that you don’t have to worry about getting caught with a flaky face. These are my favorite brands; some I’ve used for years and some I’m just getting to know. Most importantly, every ingredient is sourced from someplace fabulous and filled with love.
And I want to make sure you know that I requested that some brands offer a discount exclusively to my readers because I want to make sure that taking care of your skin feels accessible and enjoyable. Note: these are not affiliate links; they’re just my gift to you.

Hi Sofia! Thanks for the note. I am not a doctor so I can’t really give out medical advice, but the number one thing that helps me with my skin is being mindful of what I eat. I also have a FREE guide where I breakdown some of the aspects of psoriasis and living with it. You can download that here: http://nitikachopra.wpengine.com/offerings/get-the-guide
I also find applying coconut oil on my scalp really calms it down. Hope this helps! Lots of love xx
