We’re about to uncover the startling reality of mental health stigma within the South Asian community. Our guest today, Israa Nasir, will share her deeply personal journey and emphasize the critical role of psychoeducation in dismantling these barriers. We’re diving into a compelling twist in Israa’s story – the moment her very own family questions her chosen career path.
