Integrity and vulnerability go hand in hand. I’m currently working on being vulnerable especially in my marriage. Integrity has come up as I research vulnerability and how to get there. SO, my questions is how do I start embracing integrity and what can I do when my “negative” thoughts continue to keep me at bay from being integral with myself and embracing vulnerability in my life?

Hi Shirley!
Wow – this is a super powerful question. To be honest, this might take more depth then what is possible on here, however we can start the process for sure. If your negative thoughts are keeping you from being in integrity, you have to start by getting REALLY honest as to what this is “costing” you in your life. If you feel like the stakes aren’t that high, then you might convince yourself that it’s not that big of a deal + continue to act without integrity. Once you start to get that this is REALLY costing you vulnerability in your marriage + everything else that might be effected, you will hopefully feel a natural desire to want to cut. It. Out. I hope that’s helpful + I wish you tons of luck with this process!!
