Thank you for that video, I needed it! I had a weekend of dishonoring myself and repeating old patterns and even though I was totally aware of it, I went through it for acceptance and people pleasing. On Sunday I was beating myself up until I saw this video and decided to throw a lot of love at that person who thought she needed to please others so much she dishonored herself. I will work on loving that part of myself so the next time, I will honor myself and not have to go through the negative pattern. Keep shining Nitika!

So glad Donna – I love hearing that this helped you!! You’re doing great, sounds like you are being honest about what you are feeling and handling your emotions as they come up. AMAZING. Keep it up, Beautiful <3

Love this blog post I have decided to treat myself kindly like you would a small child. I am always pushing myself and now I listen to my body and let it rest when it wants to and I don’t feel guilty in the process. Im a sucker for using natural products and now that winter is on its way I love to have a hot bath and snuggle up and enjoy reading. Thanks for the blog post and hope you had a great weekend.

I absolutely love this Melanie. Inner child work is SO special and important, and it’s honestly not always easy to do. Really proud of you for doing this work. Keep going – you’re amazing! xo

Lovely video, Nitika, thank you! What kept bubbling up for me as you were speaking was the importance of me being willing to love the parts of my life that are “messy”. For much of my life, I believed, “You should have known better. And, you should know better now.” In other words, there’s no room in life for mistakes. Silly. I’m ready to really own, embrace, and love up my whole self…the parts that get it “right’ on the first try and the parts that “fail”…the parts that are clean and pretty and the parts that are confused and messy. All lovable! Thanks for the reminder!! 🙂 xoxo

Hi Annalicia Lynn! Thank you so much for your comment, it is SO easy to do this to ourselves so you are not alone. Good for you for even noticing it – so many people keep moving forward in their lives without taking the time to really change the course of what they are doing. Keep it up love!! xo
