If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ve probably noticed that I’ve had some struggles with my body. Working out has never been my favorite activity; in fact, for many years I completely loathed it.
But you know how sometimes in life you meet someone that just by being who they are shows you that there can be a better way? They’re inspirational, aspirational, and everything in between?
That’s how I felt when I met Erin Stutland.
Years ago, my friend dragged me to a workout class that Erin happened to be teaching. Before I knew it, I had just done an hour of cardio and wasn’t completely miserable (shocking!). In fact, I was bouncing up and down with excitement because I had just gotten in touch with my strength in a way that I didn’t even know was possible.

In a nutshell, Erin is amazing; she’s a coach, fitness expert, former dancer and actress, and feels like your best friend all wrapped into one.
