Michelle Obama’s Book, Becoming
Ok so I don’t happen to know Michelle Obama personally (yet!) but I started listening to her audio book this week and felt so empowered and inspired with just the first chapter. As a woman and especially a woman of color, I feel it’s important to surround ourselves with positive and uplifting examples or what is possible for us women. Michelle Obama is one of those examples for me and I just know that if you gave this book to someone you love, it would inspire them as they head in to the next year of their lives. Giving the gift of inspiration is a favorite of mine so I thought that this was a great addition to the list. I have been an essential oils fan for as long as I can remember, but there was never much structure or order to exploring it.
