My Secret Weapon to Loving My Body

You’ve probably heard me talk about my struggles with my body. Movement and getting to the gym has always been really challenging mostly because of my psoriatic arthritis. But, recently I decided to make a change. Instead of heading to the gym and setting myself up for the inevitable failure, I hired a personal trainer.

Someone who was seemingly made for me in the way she approaches training clients.

Her name is Amanda Rose.

Working with her has completely shifted the way I approach moving my body. She has shown me how strong and dedicated I can be and it’s been amazing to witness over the past couple of months.

In today’s video, you get to meet this mighty woman and hear her amazing story as a champion boxer (in Madison Square Garden!), yoga teacher, and how she uses her body to get through any challenge. PLUS, her amazing tips on how to get into a workout routine that you can really commit to.
